Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Head who has a proven track record of generating measurable outcomes through strategic SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate must have successfully scaled organic traffic in competitive niches and led SEO teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for SaaS products

• Drive significant growth in organic traffic, rankings, and conversions

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, content writers, and outreach specialists

• Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits

• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies

• Work closely with content, product, and development teams

• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends

• Ensure measurable ROI from SEO initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEO within the IT industry

• Proven success in scaling organic traffic in competitive markets

• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page & off-page SEO

• Experience handling SaaS product SEO

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international SEO

• Strong understanding of content marketing strategies

• Experience with large-scale websites or multiple product portfolios
