Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Tool Room Technician at Efficacy specializing in CNC and VNC machine operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC and VNC machinery to support production and tooling requirements.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and VNC machines for precision tool manufacturing and repairs.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished tools for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tool designs and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate records of tool room activities, machine maintenance, and production output.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience operating CNC and VNC machines in a tool room environment.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
- Familiarity with machine programming and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
