Job Responsibilities:
Build, customize, and integrate AI-based solutions (such as chatbots and automation tools) using the latest technology platforms including Kore.ai, LLM, Agentforce, Salesforce.com, and Wix Studio.
Work directly with Japanese clients to understand technical requirements and business challenges.
Support cloud-based AI system development using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Collaborate with international teams and engineers to ensure successful delivery and system integration.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance system functionality.
Job Qualification:
Company operates in an international environment (internal communication in English, client communication in Japanese). Therefore, bilingual proficiency in business-level Japanese and English is required.
Programming experience in JavaScript and any object-oriented programming language (OOP).
Basic knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Interest in AI, automation, or system integration.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work directly with clients.
Proactive mindset—high motivation to learn and grow technically.
Preferred Skills
Experience using Salesforce.com platforms such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Flow, and Prompt Builder.
Experience with Apex, the coding language for Salesforce.com.
Experience with MuleSoft is a plus.
Experience using REST APIs or integration platforms (iPaaS tools such as Zapier or Make).
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts (such as fine-tuning, RAG, prompt design).
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and system integration.
Experience using various AI-related platforms such as OpenAI and Claude.
Experience in client-facing engineering or consulting work.
Interest in working in an agile environment.
