Location: Athens, Greece
Role: Irish speaking Customer Advisor
Salary: 1300€ gross per month + up to 300€ monthly performance bonus.
Relocation: Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.

The Role
We are recruiting for an Irish speaking Customer Advisors for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job is based in Athens, where you will work in an international team. This large Greek capital city has lots to offer, beside the warm and sunny Mediterranean climate it has a lot of history and monuments.
As a Customer Advisor you will represent a very well known IT brand. This is a B2B support role where you assist your clients via phone, email and live chat in regards to their online business profiles. You will be providing guidance to businesses in the process of validating and activating their digital business listings and offering support to businesses in handling various aspects of customer reviews, including addressing review removal requests and responding to customer feedback. Besides this you are responsible for educating your business clients on the complexities of search engine ranking and visibility to enhance their online presence.
