Job Summary:
Organization Structure
1. Conduct regular review and update Organizational Structure and Operating Models in coordination with the Organizational Development Head.
2. Develop new Job Descriptions for all roles based on the significant staffing requirements within the bank in line with the respective positional structure.
3. Coordinate with business Heads and Managers to identify changes in the duties and responsibilities for the current positions and amend the existing Job Descriptions accordingly.
Performance Management
4. Assist the Organizational Development Head in designing the Performance Management Framework along with the appraisal process in line with leading practices.
5. Assist the Organizational Development Head in implementing the Performance Management framework in line with the set design.
6. Support the objective setting and performance evaluation process in line with the set policy.
7. Coordinate the process of evaluation grievance with the respective committee and ensure the escalation process is in line with the set policy.
Reward Management
1. Conduct job evaluation activities in line with the set methodology and correlate the same into the respective grading structure.
2. Perform job evaluation for new jobs and assign grades that accurately reflect the content to ensure consistency and internal equity. Determine the value of the respective job in relation to other jobs in the organization.
3. Perform market research and analysis to develop different types of LTIs and STIs to attract and retain top talents.
4. Assist in the implementation of merit increase programs, discretionary bonus, and all related pay programs.
5. Assist the Head of Organizational Development in designing and implementing effective compensation & benefits (C&B) policies and programs in line with the leading practices and market pay.
6. Coordinate the implementation of C&B programs through effective communication of changes of C&B policies, roll-out of incentive plans, annual salary review and education on compensation philosophy.
7. Assist the Organizational Development Head in developing / designing C&B strategy by liaising with various levels of management to establish areas of concern which may be addressed using compensation management techniques and providing industry practices / market trends to facilitate business planning.
Payroll Management:
13. Ensure compensation & benefits related spreadsheets/databases are maintained, accurate and up to date to enable timely reporting and just in time analysis.
14. Guide the Senior Payroll Officers in effectively organizing, monitoring payroll related processes which include validation of payroll master data changes, processing of monthly payroll, pension payment, final pay settlement, and the preparation of monthly payroll reconciliation accurately to ensure timely completion.
Process Re-engineering
15. Assist in the development and review of HR policies and procedures in line with the leading practices and local labor law.
16. Perform regular evaluation for the HR internal processes to identify areas of improvement. Amend internal HR SOPs accordingly.
Compliance and Reporting
17. Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard sensitive information in line with the set policy.
18. Ensure that all activities are in adherence with guidelines, SOPs, and related regulations.
19. Prepare departmental and other related reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Information Security
20. Ensure that all information security policies and procedures are well understood and followed with due diligence.
21. Protect clients' personally identifiable information as per local privacy law & regulatory requirements.
22. Classify and share information with the third party with due diligence.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Finance or any related discipline.
Years of Experience: 9+ years
Languages: Fluent in both Arabic & English
