Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
A minimum of 6 years of experience in a corporate legal environment
Proven expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
Strong skills in drafting minutes, resolutions, policies, and mandates
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching abilities
In-depth knowledge of South African legislation and regulatory frameworks
