About the Role:
A leading financial services firm at GIFT City is looking for a highly motivated Junior Fund Accountant to join its growing Fund Administration team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in fund accounting, particularly in alternative investments (Private Equity, AIFs, Hedge Funds), and a strong interest in building a long-term career in financial operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in NAV calculation and fund accounting operations
Support capital call and distribution processes
Prepare investor notices, client reports, and journal entries
Handle reconciliations and coordinate with internal teams
Ensure compliance with IFSCA regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
1–2 years of relevant experience in fund accounting or financial operations
Familiarity with alternative investment funds (AIF Cat I/II/III), NAV processes, and capital markets
Proficiency in Excel and comfort with financial software (e.g., Investran, PAXUS, Geneva) is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Based in or willing to relocate to GIFT City, Gandhinagar
