Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
Attend court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and settlement conferences, to observe and assist senior attorneys.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate case activities.
Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and evidence for litigation proceedings.
Assist with case management tasks, including file organization, document management, and maintaining case calendars and deadlines.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for litigation proceedings.
Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Desired Experience & Qualification
LLB degree from a recognized institution.
Previous experience in litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
