Role: English-speaking Digital Account Manager 

Salary: €1,150 gross/month (paid 14 x p/a) plus fixed monthly project bonus of €250 gross/month plus Performance bonus: €1,000/quarter

Working Hrs:  40 hrs per week, rotational between Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00

About the Role

As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll work with business clients to develop tailored advertising strategies, manage ongoing campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining long-term client relationships while ensuring exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Account Management, build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.


• Develop account strategies that align with both client and company objectives.


• Handle client issues and ensure timely resolution.


• Client Engagement, understand client goals and industry trends through research and communication.


• Identify optimization and growth opportunities.


• Present data-driven advertising solutions and recommendations.


• Stay up to date on digital advertising trends and tools.


• Track and analyze performance metrics, consistently achieving sales targets.

Your Profile

• Native fluent English


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales.


• Proven ability to manage accounts and meet or exceed targets.


• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).


• Experience with CRM systems 


• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.


• Analytical and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.


• Goal-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Full-time, on-site position in Athens (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00).


• Competitive salary: €1,150 gross/month.


• Performance bonus: €250/month (paid quarterly).
