Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a printing service company, which has over 40 years of experience in the industry and a product portfolio that includes continuous inkjet and thermal inkjet technologies.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients to expand the company’s customer base and optimise business opportunities within the assigned region.
Deliver pre-sales technical support, product expertise, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate qualified sales leads, follow up on initial contacts, secure and renew orders, negotiate pricing, finalise sales, and coordinate delivery arrangements.
Prepare and present technical materials to effectively communicate the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
Collaborate with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and system requirements.
Provide solutions to customers experiencing issues with installed products, and recommend upgrades or alternative materials to enhance cost efficiency.
Identify opportunities for improvement, share insights with management, and propose practical solutions.
Establish, monitor, and achieve defined sales targets and quotas.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience with background and interest in B2B sales and marketing.
D3/S1 degree in any discipline.
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
Knowledge and database familiarity in the coding, marking, or packaging industry will be considered an advantage.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (basic functions and correspondence).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; disciplined, adaptable to both independent and team-based work.
Customer-oriented, with a passion for technology and processes, and a commitment to building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
