Position: Lead – Finance

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role Proven experience in UK accounting, VAT, and HMRC compliance Hands-on experience with Xero software is mandatory
Qualification: CA / ACCA / MBA in Finance
CTC: 10LPA
Job Profile : Lead – Finance to manage group-level financial operations with a key focus on UK accounting standards, VAT compliance, and Xero software. This role requires working closely with our UK finance team and operating in UK time.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage end-to-end financial operations across UK and Indian group companies.
·Prepare and file UK VAT returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
·Maintain accurate and timely financial records using Xero accounting software.
·Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per UK GAAP.
·Support intercompany billing, reconciliations, and currency adjustments.
· Lead budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and financial planning.
·Coordinate with UK auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
· Handle payroll, PAYE submissions, and statutory filings for the UK.
· Identify and implement financial process improvements.
·Supervise and support junior finance staff based in India.
Requirements:
· Comfortable working in UK business hours 2.30 PM to 11.30 AM
·Strong understanding of UK taxation, including VAT, PAYE, and Corporation Tax.
