Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, vendor management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Lead Vendor Development initiatives to establish long-term relationships and ensure consistent quality and cost-effective sourcing.
- Manage Capital Expenditure (Capex) planning, budgeting, and investments for the supply chain function.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
- Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Ensure timely and accurate material planning and supply chain synchronization to meet production and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Procurement) to optimize supply chain processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions to optimize supply chain performance.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth experience in vendor development and sourcing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM practices.
- Experience with Capex management and financial planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
