The IT Clerk provides administrative and technical support to the IT department by assisting with daily IT operations, maintaining records, and handling basic troubleshooting tasks. This role supports system efficiency and helps ensure smooth technology-related processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and peripherals
Maintain inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and supplies
Document IT processes, incidents, and system updates
Assist in user account setup, access management, and password resets
