Job Title: Project Manager – Real Estate (Project Site)

Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and
completing real estate construction projects at the site within timelines, budget, and
quality standards. The role requires strong coordination with contractors, consultants,
vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
• Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to schedule.
• Track project progress and submit periodic reports to management.
Budget & Cost Control
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost optimization.
• Approve bills of contractors/vendors after verification.
• Control material wastage and ensure efficient utilization.
Contractor & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders.

Quality & Compliance
• Ensure construction quality as per industry standards.
• Conduct quality inspections at various project stages.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities and statutory requirements.
• Maintain site safety standards and implement safety protocols.
Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and design teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and other internal departments for project updates.
• Address client/site-related issues promptly.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain all project documentation and records.
• Prepare MIS reports for management.
• Ensure timely approvals, drawings, and material submittals.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• PMP certification (Preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in real estate/construction projects
• Experience handling residential/commercial high-rise projects preferred
