Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-5 years of experience, preferably from the BFSI sector. This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, vendor management, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting top talent, with a particular focus on leadership roles within the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for mid to senior-level positions in the BFSI sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Collaborate with vendors and recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and objectives.
Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking to identify and engage top talent.
Conduct detailed screening and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit for the organization.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand talent requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and strategies to stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the BFSI sector.
Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and handling stakeholder communication.
Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its recruitment landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college will be preferred.
