The agency is known for reliable, efficient, and customer-focused travel planning tailored to individual and business clients.
The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing clients with end-to-end travel solutions, from booking tickets to arranging accommodation. This role demands excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and customer preferences.
Book and manage rail and air travel tickets for domestic and international travel.
Assist clients in planning itineraries and making hotel reservations globally.
Provide guidance on visa documentation, travel insurance, and foreign travel norms.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and cancellations.
Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and in-person visits.
Coordinate with travel vendors, portals, and service providers.
Resolve customer queries and travel issues efficiently and professionally.
Stay updated on latest travel policies, deals, and fare changes.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; diploma in travel/tourism is a plus
Experience: 2–3 years in a similar travel consultancy or agency role
Proficiency in online booking portals, travel software, and MS Office
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Knowledge of international destinations and airline fare structures
Good organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Must reside in or be willing to work from Jamnagar city area
