Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings
Manage and maintain project documents and records
Provide personal assistant support, mainly documentation-related
Handle basic coordination and follow-ups with internal teams
Requirements:
Good organizational and coordination skills
Experience in documentation / admin / PA role preferred
Basic MS Office knowledge
