Job Title: Sales Manager (Real Estate Industry)
Location: Lagos Island (Fully Onsite)
Salary & Benefits:
₦250,000 net monthly base salary
5% commission on every closed deal

Key Responsibilities
Drive and close high-value real estate transactions using existing and new client networks
Achieve and exceed ₦80 million+ monthly sales targets
Lead, motivate, and manage a results-oriented sales team to meet performance goals
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) to ensure seamless client experience
Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, site inspections, and networking events
Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve sales performance
Requirements & Qualifications
3–5 years’ experience in real estate sales and/or sales management
Proven track record of achieving monthly sales
Strong and active client network in Lagos and Abuja
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in a relevant field
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Highly driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
