Position :HR Manager
Location : Thrissur
Experience : min 10 years of experience in handling all HR functions
Salary : 12 lacs
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement
• Handle HR policies, procedures, and compliance as per labor laws and NBFC regulations
• Lead talent acquisition for branch and corporate roles
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
• Manage training & development initiatives and performance appraisal cycles
• Coordinate with management on HR strategy, manpower planning, and budgeting
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, audits, etc.)
• Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
• Support organizational growth and foster a positive work culture
