Main Tasks& Areas of Responsibility

:

In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration

Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.

Ensure branch achieve the targets, motivate and guide the team.

New tobranch customer acquisition, building the Asset under management of the branch, driving sales of debentures, insurance, tour and travel products.

Key custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.

Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.

Market scoping, understand the trends in the market and act accordingly

Skills and Exposure

:

Strong Interpersonal skills

Strong English communication skills both oral and written are mandatory

Strong analytical, problem solving skills

Special Requirements (If any)

:

Knowledge of Current Affairsand NBFCs.

Candidates with 5-8 years of NBFC/BFSI experience. Experience of similar field is preferred. Candidates should be willing to relocate if required
