Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and support the delivery of high-quality marketing and communication services. The ideal candidate is organized, articulate, and able to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate regular client meetings and ensure all relevant stakeholders are present
Manage and strengthen client relationships while maintaining a professional agency–client partnership
Set the strategic tone and direction for assigned client accounts
Liaise with graphic designers to develop social media content and captions aligned with client objectives
Monitor competitors’ activities and provide clients with relevant market insights
Prepare and submit weekly client service reports to management
Develop key objectives and manage assigned projects to meet timelines and deliverables
Assist in setting and managing client expectations regarding scope and timelines
Track, organize, and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities and deadlines
Identify opportunities for process improvement in daily operations
Support basic production implementations and assist in resolving production-related issues when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in client service, account management, or a similar role
Strong account handling, relationship management, and active listening skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proximity to location is a plus
