The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and delivery of CCTV maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. The role serves as the single point of contact for all technical and commercial matters related to CCTV system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for all CCTV maintenance-related technical and commercial matters.
Manage and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure contractual compliance.
Oversee the development, documentation, and enforcement of data protection, confidentiality, and video evidence management protocols.
Lead and manage detailed technical audits of CCTV systems.
Coordinate with OEMs and third-party vendors for audits, validations, certifications, and compliance reports.
Conduct technical risk assessments and implement security controls, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Ensure all team members are fully qualified, trained, and certified to perform day-to-day corrective and preventive maintenance.
Prepare and submit detailed technical, operational, and compliance reports to HMC as requested by Corporate Engineering & Health Facilities Management and the Corporate Security Department.
Education, Training & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications Systems, or a related discipline.
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management (advantageous).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
ITIL Intermediate – Service Lifecycle certification.
Experience & Competencies
Minimum 10 years of experience in advanced CCTV systems, video analytics, and security systems.
Proven experience managing teams of security and systems engineers.
Strong technical expertise in IP CCTV, access control systems, servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with security platforms such as Genetec, Avigilon, Milestone, Pelco, Axis, Dell, Cisco, and Allied Telesis.
Experience in developing and managing business plans with measurable ROI.
Healthcare sector experience and understanding of healthcare security risks (preferred).
