Job Purpose:

 

Multi skilled engineer to carry out Installation, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, calibration and planned preventative maintenance of the ELV / ICT systems, The main purpose of this position is to be able to independently handle and support multi technology ELV / ICT equipment of our various clients, provide best customer experience by effectively managing any kind maintenance request as per the service scope.

 

Job Discretion

 

JOB PURPOSE:

 

  1. Responsible for preparation of cost estimation, proposal & contract agreement.
  2. Expert in preparing cost estimation with the objective of reducing costs and maximizing gross margins. Managing deviance from the actual and targets set during the periodic P&L review meetings
  3. Establishing a proposal library of all bid-related forms, formats, and customer communications. Create and update all sales related to MIS.
  4. Site visit – attend site visit, capturing all technical scope/commercial inputs from site.
