Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR & GA operations with a focus on strategic leadership and team development
- Oversee personnel matters, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams and with direct reports
- Manage union labour relations and liaise with government agencies (Disnaker)
- Implement and monitor competency frameworks and HR concepts to support organisational growth
- Act as a generalist, handling a wide range of HR and GA responsibilities, including Industrial Relations and payroll.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Industrial Engineering
- Broad HR & GA experience (8–15 years), including payroll and industrial relations, with a generalist profile.
- Experience working at multinational company, Japanese manufacture company preferred
- Experience working on expatriate matters
- Strong managerial and leadership skills with proven ability to guide teams effectively
- Fluency in English, with a preference for candidates from multinational company backgrounds
- Familiarity with competency frameworks, union labour relations, and government regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both with team members and across organisational levels
- Open to placement in Cilegon.
