Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline.
At least 2 years in a Sales Manager role within the engine industry, or as a Branch Manager, Regional Manager, or Sales Manager in the heavy equipment industry.
Direct experience in unit sales (e.g., heavy equipment or cranes) is essential—experience limited to product support or services is not sufficient.
Prior hands-on experience in direct selling (e.g., as a Sales Executive or Key Account Manager) is required.
Candidates should come from the heavy equipment, crane, or leasing sectors, ideally with a customer base within, e.g., mining, construction, agriculture, or rental.
Well-acquainted with the regional landscape and business environment across the BSD Area.
