This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. As a Gaming Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for the online players and you will provide friendly and personal customer service to customers via e-mail and live chat in Russian. Problem solving of technical issues as well as providing assistance and advice on the purchase of products will be part of your daily tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in RUSSIAN
Good command in English
Previous experience in a customer service desired
Interest in online games desired
Computer literate
Ability to multi-task
Eagerness to learn and develop
Willing to work abroad for min of 1 year
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup and your accommodation is provided during your employment. Besides this the company has lots to offer their employees from internal training and career progression opportunities to external activities and events. The salary for this role is around 850 EURO gross per month PLUS free accommodation during your employment, so no cost for rent and utility bills. This is a 40 Hours per week job on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
