RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is a unique opportunity where you will engage in supporting activities for our Corporate

FP&A team. You will be involved with workflows centered around upholding high data integrity,

financial reporting and analysis, and maintaining clean process execution. Your role will be

important in upholding the basis of key data resources that feed into all FP&A reports and

processes.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

● Own administrative operational cadences, with the opportunity to enhance

existing processes, including:

○ Schedule all static meetings: monthly US/EU/APAC forecast review, monthly

forecast review sessions, daily forecast and earnings syncs, quarterly earnings

kick-offs

○ Roll-forward and refresh process checklists the FP&A team utilizes: monthly

corporate FP&A checklist, daily forecast checklist, quarterly earnings TOC

○ Manage all communications as it relates to scenario updates: when new

scenarios are scheduled to be opened, when systems will be offline, confirmation

of the updated scenario matrix, notifications of approaching deadlines

○ Performs daily validation checks of data: across Anaplan, Rev/FinDM, and

Workday systems

○ Collaborate with US Corporate FP&A analyst to standardize the annual fiscal

year roll-forward process

● Prepare all standard template views leveraged by the Global FP&A teams to

provide key results and performance takeaways, such as:

○ Ensure all Anaplan GSheet saved views are current: roll-forward scenarios to

reflected the most recent current / prior forecast scenarios, as well as the most

current plan / target scenarios (if applicable)

○ Stage source reporting for monthly Flash, Close pack, and Estimate Pack

deliverables at the beginning of each month, and then hand off to the US based

Corporate FP&A analyst

○ Refresh and send the monthly Close review excel template to Int’l at the

beginning of each month

○ Annually, refresh all internal views leveraged by the US FP&A team to manage

the operating plan process

○ Collaborate with US Corporate FP&A analyst to identify and create new BigQuery

based automated reporting

● Preserve and create source of truth materials to uphold data integrity and

alignment of results across the the broader FP&A team, achieved by:

○ Maintaining monthly validation files: create a new SOT file for each forecast

locked, for the Earnings team to leverage (forecast and guidance versions),

pre-earnings write-ups send with end of quarter Close packs

○ Collaborate with the US based Corporate FP&A analyst to create the quarterly

E-Binder TOC for the earnings team to reference in SmartSheets, incorporating

learnings from quarterly process debrief feedback

○ Communicate progress made on Earnings content preparation by sending daily

Earnings drawdown emails summarizing key takeaways

● Perform preliminary forecast/trend analysis and schedule creation for processes

driven by the Corporate FP&A team, including:

○ Roll-forward and refresh all Earnings P0/P1 schedules by leveraging offline excel

master packs; submit to the US Corporate FP&A analyst for review

○ Collaborate with US Corporate FP&A analyst to elevate E-Binder refresh into a

true push-button refresh (partially manual today)

○ Drive the quarterly EBITDA, SBC, Gains/Losses forecasts through partnership

with Accounting

○ Drive the monthly tax forecast through partnership with Accounting

● Be the initial liaison for all Earnings, BOD, and annual Operating Plan deck

summaries, whose duties will include:

○ Stage the first pass proposals for all decks to present to the broader Corporate

FP&A team for final strawman feedback

○ Own all processes associated with final touches, such as driving final

number/formatting checks, and gauntlet reviews

30/60/90 Onboarding Plan

○ First 30 days

■ Systems access, general training, shadow day to day processes and

learn how LiveRamp operates and how Corporate FP&A folds in

■ Receive copies of standard reporting materials, and study / familiarize

oneself with the content covered

○ 30-60 days

■ Producing first materials, integrating into day to day processes of the

broader team

■ Taken ownership of all validation checks and communications as it relates

to updating Scenario matrixes

○ 90 days+

■ Directly owning and producing on given deadlines various to be defined

materials

■ Able to submit first deliverables independently, with accuracy, and

minimal support along the way

● Expectations 1 year +

○ Subject matter expert on underlying data that powers FP&A reporting, and point

resource for all data validation workflows

○ Comfortable leveraging data to their advantage to diagnose data discrepancies

and to address ad-hoc reporting views

○ Has become the primary point of contact for all static Flash / Close / Forecast

deliverables, while effectively communicating key takeaways as necessary to the

Corporate FP&A team

○ Creating their own ideas of new or improved processes, effectively collaborating

with the broader Corporate FP&A team to execute on value driven ideas

QUALIFICATIONS:

● This role requires heavy excel (pivots, lookup / index / sumifs / etc. functions, macro

utilization), data scrutiny, and some ad-hoc analysis

● Related work experience

○ Prior experience in reviewing, scrutinizing, and summarizing large data sets

○ Either exposure to, or familiarity with creating financial summaries and key

takeaways

○ Experience with Budget vs Actuals and forecasting analysis

● Systems Savviness

○ Mastery of Excel is a must-have

○ Hands-on experience with the following systems is nice to have:

■ Anaplan or comparable cloud forecasting tools

■ BigQuery

■ Looker

■ Salesforce

■ Workday

■ Tableau or similar data visualization tools

● G-suite experience (google products) is preferred but not required

SOFT SKILLS / PERSONALITY:

● Strong analytical and communication skills

● Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical

● Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced,

ever-evolving environment.

● Able to support non-finance business partners and communicate effectively and

efficiently, providing high-level, digestible insights in non-specialists’ terms while still

being able to dig into the weeds when requested

● Process driven with experience in formalizing workflows in tangible guide formats
