Performance Marketing Manager

The performance marketing manager is tasked with creating, executing and enhancing

marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The role demands a strategic thinker with

strong analytical capabilities, who can drive growth through data informed decisions and

innovative marketing tactics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with the

company's overall business goals.

- Identify key growth opportunities for 0 to 1 including paid acquisition, installs, traffic and

organic. Plan and execute across digital channels, including paid search, social media,

content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and more.

 

2. Performance Marketing:

- Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and

maximize ROI.

- Utilize data-driven insights to manage and scale PPC, display advertising, and other paid

media efforts.

- Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to

improve conversion rates.

 

3. Organic & SEO Marketing:

- Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies to increase organic search

traffic and rankings.

- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create SEO-optimized content that

resonates with our target audience.

- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, adjusting as needed to achieve growth

targets.

 

4. Digital Marketing Leadership:

- Work with a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and

development opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category, sales, customer success,

marketing to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring our

strategies remain cutting-edge.

 

5. Data & Analytics:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of

marketing initiatives.

- Leverage analytics platforms and tools to measure campaign performance, user behavior,

and overall marketing ROI.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team, making data-driven

recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

6. Brand & Communication:

- Work with Marketing to refine brand messaging and positioning that resonates with our

target audience and differentiates us from competitors. Eventually recruit and build out own

team.

- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand

awareness and drive engagement.

- Ensure consistent and cohesive brand communication across all marketing channels.

 

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 5-10 years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on performance

marketing, organic/SEO marketing, and digital marketing.

- Proven success in scaling user acquisition and driving revenue growth in a high-growth

company, preferably in e-Commerce, Retail, Pharma, Beauty & Personal Care

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for education and

innovation.
