Role Objective :





The role is responsible for driving growth and execution excellence across key high-performing retail outlets in the region, with a strong focus on visibility, new product development (NPD), and strategic pack execution. The incumbent will take ownership of the top-performing "Super 30" and EOFS outlets, ensuring consistent sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. This position acts as a crucial link between the market and regional/head office teams, coordinating visibility initiatives, tracking competition, and providing actionable insights to influence business strategies. The role also involves market working, trade engagement, and capability building of field teams through regular training, performance tracking, and feedback. By leveraging data analysis and ground-level insights, the role aims to maximize outlet productivity, drive NPD offtakes, and ensure effective implementation of trade schemes and activations.
