We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in IBM FileNet and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FileNet P8 - Records Manager Process Engine Content Engine and Content Services. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is essential. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using IBM FileNet technologies to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Implement and configure FileNet P8
Records Manager to manage and archive records efficiently.
Utilize FileNet P8
Process Engine to automate business processes and workflows.
Manage and optimize FileNet P8
Content Engine to store and retrieve content effectively.
Ensure the integrity and security of content using FileNet Content Services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements in the Cards & Payments domain.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet applications to ensure minimal downtime.
Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of FileNet applications.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in IBM FileNet including FileNet P8
Records Manager Process Engine Content Engine and Content Services.
Have a solid understanding of the Cards & Payments domain to effectively implement business requirements.
