To carry out preventive, routine and breakdown maintenance for all rotating and static equipment such as centrifugal chillers, pumps, and cooling towers, etc., in District Cooling Plant, Chilled Water Network, and Energy Transfer stations (ETS). To perform emergency breakdown maintenance and restore the equipment back to normal operation as soon as possible.
Key Accountabilities:
Carry out routine inspection and condition monitoring of all rotating equipment.
Perform lubrication for all the equipment as per schedule and according to OEM recommendation.
Periodically survey the chilled water network and all the valve chambers and dewatering as and when required.
Periodically clean ETS DCP side strainers as per schedule.
Manage spare parts and ensure optimum usage of consumables.
Document any customer complaint and take action to ensure that they are effectively closed as per customer complaint handling process.
Ensure the cleanliness of the work area after maintenance works are completed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma
Minimum Experience:
5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and industry
