Position: Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Department: Marketing

Location: India


 



Reports to: Global sales director

Works closely with: Product Management, Sales, External Agencies


 



Role Purpose

The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for the creation, layout, and

maintenance of marketing and digital content with a strong focus on graphic design

execution.


 



The role supports global marketing and sales activities by transforming structured

content into professionally designed, brand-compliant materials and by maintaining

and updating website content on a regular basis.


 



Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Design and layout of marketing materials, including:

o Flyers, brochures, and product data sheets

o Sales presentations and internal marketing documents

o Campaign and trade fair materials

• Professional use of Adobe InDesign (mandatory)

• Application and compliance with corporate design and brand guidelines

• Preparation of print-ready and digital assets

• Continuous quality control of all visual materials


 



Website Content Management

• Maintenance and regular updating of website content

• Implementation of provided text, images, and structured content in the CMS

• Ensuring visual consistency, accuracy, and completeness of web pages

• Coordination with Marketing, Product Management, and IT (if applicable)

• Support of ongoing improvements to website structure and content quality


 



Marketing Support Activities

• Visual implementation of sales and marketing campaigns

• Support for product launches and promotional activities

• Adaptation and localization of marketing materials for international markets

• Support in preparing marketing content for events and trade fairs


 



Interfaces

• Marketing (global and regional)

• Product Management

• Sales (inside and field sales)

• Print shops

• IT / Web support (if applicable)


 



Qualifications:





Professional Qualifications

• Degree or professional training in graphic design, marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in graphic design or marketing-related roles

• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage

• Experience with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus

• Understanding of layout, typography, and visual communication principles
