Role Summary The Manager – Workplace Services & Facilities Management supports the efficient operation of workplace and facility services across assigned buildings. The role focuses on daily operations, service delivery, compliance, stakeholder management, and supporting strategic initiatives to ensure a safe, productive, and engaging workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations
Manage day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of assigned facility/building(s). Coordinate workplace services such as janitorial, food & beverages, transportation, and related services. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and support timely corrective actions. Support implementation of facility policies, procedures, and best practices. Performance & Quality
Track basic facility performance metrics (energy usage, maintenance costs, space utilization). Support quality assurance processes to uphold service delivery standards. Assist in identifying areas for operational efficiency and cost savings. Projects, Space & Real Estate Support
Coordinate with Real Estate Strategy on leasing-related activities. Support space planning, construction, and workplace design initiatives with the Project Management team. Provide inputs for occupancy planning and layout optimization. Security, Safety & Compliance
Support deployment of enterprise security technologies with Security Technology teams. Coordinate with Physical Security to enforce access control, surveillance, and incident response practices. Ensure adherence to environmental, regulatory, and safety standards; participate in audits and documentation. Sustainability
Contribute to sustainability initiatives and support Net Zero objectives. Promote environmentally responsible practices within facilities. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Act as a point of contact for Business Units; understand requirements and resolve concerns promptly. Coordinate client visits and support event logistics. Collaborate with Centre Heads and stakeholders to maintain associate satisfaction. Work with FM service providers and vendors; support supervision and performance review. Financials & Reporting
Support budget preparation, cost tracking, and resource allocation for facility operations. Prepare routine operational and financial reports for leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in facilities management or related roles. Experience managing facility operations and vendor coordination. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team‑support skills. Knowledge of regulatory and environmental compliance standards. Proficiency with facility management systems and tools.
