Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers at the store and deliver a premium jewellery-buying experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery products.
Handle the end-to-end sales process, including product presentation, pricing explanation, billing, and after-sales support.
Maintain proper handling, safety, and documentation of jewelry during store and field visits
Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and inventory coordination.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Coordinate with internal teams for orders, customisation, and delivery timelines.
Eligibility & Requirements
Prior experience in diamond, gold, jewellery, or luxury retail sales (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a customer-first attitude.
Comfortable working in a retail store environment, including weekends and holidays.
