Apriso Developer
O Develop plant specific MES functionalities using Apriso 2019
o Effort Estimation and Impact Analysis for Problem Report or Change requests.
o Create and execute Unit test Plan.
o Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues
o Support and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing, analyzing the support tickets / issues.
o Effort Estimation and Impact Analysis for Problem Report or Change request.
o Implementing fix / patch in the Development environment
o Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in the Simulation or the Integration environment
o Raising a Problem report for the issues raised by user if resolution of issue needs code change.
o Coordinate with APRISO for critical support on APRISO – FlexNet Product issues (L3)
o Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues.
o Collaborate with the other teams (BI, ERP, CBS IT, MQ) in order to resolves issues when other systems are impacted, or other systems are impacting MES
o Providing resolution to users for the tickets/ issues
o Contribute in Process Improvement activities
