Executive Vice President - Sales
Bank of America is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales to lead and drive our sales strategies across multiple banking divisions. The EVP - Sales will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, managing high-performing sales teams, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across various banking products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all sales activities.
- Drive innovation in sales processes and leverage technology to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets at a senior management level.
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing large, diverse sales teams and complex sales cycles.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
