Job Purpose: Provide backend support for all HR activities for off-roll associates in the Division
Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing profiles and scheduling interviews and collecting feedback and selection status, using alternate sources wherever possible
Maintenance of recruitment & attrition tracker for the division and monitoring manning and TAT for off-roll profiles across, through coordination with Service Providers; publishing the trackers with insights on a monthly basis to all line managers
Collection and maintenance of a referrals database on a pro-active basis from off-roll associates across for usage as and when positions come up
Management of associate lifecycle through coordination with Service Providers, the function and the Commercial team
Coordination with Service Providers and line managers for timely updation of Matrix data
Reconciliation of Matrix data with salary sheets on a monthly basis for respective divisions
Data collation for compensation and policy revision
Salary audits pertaining to division
Off-roll to on-roll integration for respective Divisions - managing the integration process for the on-roll positions in respective Divisions, maintaining the integration tracker
Query resolution and support to line managers
Qualifications:
Graduation with Min 50%
The graduation must be through a full time, regular day course
Should have knowledge in Excel and other MS Office tools
Age: Less than 28 years
Languages: Knowledge of English and regional language.
