Key Responsibilities
Generate MSME loan business through DST, connectors, and self-sourcing channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and market intermediaries
Source new clients from the open market (no dependency on branch leads)
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance
Handle end-to-end loan processing and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and conversions
Candidate Profile
Experience in MSME / Business Loan sales (mandatory)
Strong exposure to open market sourcing & DST channel
