We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls, providing information about our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales team.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce and promote company products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information as needed.
Maintain and update customer database and records accurately.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Report on call outcomes and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Good command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
