What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily costing and inventory control across café outlets.



• Analyze food & beverage costs, variances, and profit margins.



• Monitor recipe costing, wastage, and production yield accuracy.



• Collaborate with kitchen and purchasing teams to optimize costs.



• Review supplier invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation.



• Support monthly closing and reconciliation with Finance.



• Improve cost control systems and SOPs for better efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.



• 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting (F&B, café, or restaurant).



• Strong analytical mindset and Excel/reporting skills.



• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
