Project Controller

Role Overview- (Project-based)

The project controller provides project control support for the relevant project.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the performance of  projects by analyzing and reporting on budget versus actual performance with analysis and research into significant budget variances 

• Provide reporting to various departments impacted by the construction/capital projects 

• Monitor project budget, cost and schedule to ensure adherence to project goals and objectives

• Provide timely and accurate financial and performance reports

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5-10 Years of relevant industry experience   

• Financial professional with a solid accounting background (bachelor's degree, Accounting) desired 

• Knowledge of project management, principles and practice

• PMP certification will be considered an asset

• Logical thinking, communication skills, management skills, moderate knowledge in electronics and mechanical engineering,  

• Must be proficient or familiar with various software, such as Business software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
