The E & I Engineer will work with other peers and internal company personnel to support the project, exceling in engineering and design. The E & I Engineer will perform engineering under guidance of the E & I Lead in all project phases e.g. conceptual design, front-end design, detail engineering and design and plant commissioning. The below details the main responsibilities of the role but are not limited to these.

Work as a member of project teams to develop project scope and design;

Prepare project activity schedule and provide project management support as required;

Produce appropriate documentation for project execution and closure and historical records in accordance with Project Management Framework;

Assist with the creation and modification of documentation related to process operation safety and applicable regulations as needed – including electrical drawings and engineering flow diagrams;

Assist with the creation of documentation required for project closure including project files;

Comply with plant safety rules and actively work to improve safety through coaching or engineered improvements;

Possess and utilize a working knowledge of engineering tools and software and ability to read, develop and understand electrical termination drawings, single line and 3-line schematics.

Perform Load flow analysis on systems, Short circuit fault analysis and protection coordination studies.

Relevant working experience with an engineering contractor or production company in the process plant industry;

A team player and having an ability to interact effectively with client’s organization and others disciplines in our taskforce;

Take responsibility for the implementation of the electrical & Instrumentation and Control system project scope;

Work within a task force for the realization of multi-discipline projects in close cooperation with vendors and clients to translate functional specifications into technical solutions;

Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task and have good communication (written and oral) skills;
