The candidate will work with other peers and internal / external company personnel to support company operations by providing project and engineering data and document control support to Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers/Draftsmen throughout the project. Below includes details of the main responsibilities but are not limited to these.

Operate and maintain the Document Control System and Document Management System.

Implement document control processes, document numbering and tools.

Comply with the Company Records Management for Controlled and not Controlled documents.

Execute archiving and management of documents across project life cycle.

Manage all paper and electronic document flow within the project.

Control documentation produced internally and externally.

Maintain and accurately update information in the document management system.

Maintain and distribute documents and comments according to the Project Distribution Matrix.

Ensure that all documentation, drawings, and specifications are up to date and at the correct revision.
