HR Executive
Description
As an HR Executive, you will support the human resources function by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will work closely with managers to implement HR policies and programs that support the organization’s strategic goals, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Administer payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave management in coordination with payroll providers.
- Maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support performance management processes: goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory filings, and internal HR policies.
- Plan and deliver training and development initiatives to build employee skills and engagement.
- Assist with HR analytics and metrics to inform workforce planning and decision-making.
- Contribute to HR policy development and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience or equivalent experience in a corporate HR role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
