Telecaller
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers. This role plays a crucial part in our sales strategy by proactively contacting potential clients to generate leads and grow our business.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about our products or services.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
- Handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
- Following up on leads and building strong relationships with potential clients.
- Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly call targets.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
- Using CRM software to manage contacts and track interactions.
- Completing required training and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
