Telecaller
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build rapport with potential clients. Responsibilities include outbound calling, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and information gathering.
Job Description
The Telecaller will be responsible for proactively contacting potential clients via telephone to generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide relevant information about our products and services. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to follow a script while adapting to different client personalities. The candidate will be working from a designated office space and will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential clients according to assigned leads
- Gathering client information and qualifying leads
- Scheduling appointments for sales representatives
- Following up with potential clients promptly and professionally
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions
- Reporting on call activity to the sales team
- Ensuring adherence to company scripts and procedures
- Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly call targets
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sales processes (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Proficient in using CRM systems (preferred)
- Basic computer skills and strong typing ability
