The Quality Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance within the organization. They will develop quality control processes, establish quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Train and mentor quality assurance team members
• Collaborate with other departments to implement quality initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in quality assurance management
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
