The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight:

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow. 
  • Monitoring production and identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. 
  • Maintaining a safe and productive work environment. 

• Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicating with upper management regarding team performance and operational needs. 
  • Serving as a point of contact for team members to address concerns and resolve issues. 
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. 

• Training and Development:

  • Training and onboarding new employees. 
  • Providing ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities. 
  • Identifying training needs and ensuring team members have the resources they need. 

• Other duties:

  • Preparing reports and updates for management. 
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively. 
  • Ensuring quality standards are met and service expectations are exceeded. 
  • Addressing employee and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Completing administrative tasks as required. 

• Team Management:

  • Providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback. 
  • Conducting performance evaluations and addressing areas for improvement. 
  • Supervising, managing, and motivating a team of employees. 
  • Assigning tasks and responsibilities, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
