Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for handling communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized reception area.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization in the reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
