Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Multi-Tasking Staff member to efficiently handle dispatch, sales, and office duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously to support the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities
	- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch activities ensuring timely delivery and service.
 
	- Assist in sales activities including lead generation, customer follow-up, and order processing.
 
	- Maintain accurate records of sales, dispatch schedules, and office documentation.
 
	- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members to resolve issues and provide updates.
 
	- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
 
	- Prepare reports related to sales performance and dispatch operations as required.
 
	- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all assigned tasks.
 
Qualifications
	- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
 
	- Proven experience in dispatch, sales support, or administrative roles is preferred.
 
	- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 
	- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
	- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dispatch or sales software.
 
	- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
